The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of AI Market. Bee Swarm Simulator assets, names, and related indicia are trademarks of Bee Swarm Simulator/Onett and are used here for informational and community purposes only; AI Market is not affiliated with Bee Swarm Simulator or its creators.

We collect user data such as Discord ID, username, avatar, and IP address for functionality, security, and administrative purposes. Roblox verification data, market listings, chat messages, and reports are also stored. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use of data. We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. Please refer to our Discord servers for any specific privacy notices or contact an administrator for queries.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, actions such as scamming, harassment, or exploiting the system. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Market regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
